VP of Global Support and Customer Success
Abhay is the VP of Global Support and Customer Success at Skyhigh Networks where he is responsible for technical support, professional services and customer success team. Abhay brings over 25 years of experience in global support operations, consulting services & professional services. Prior to Skyhigh Abhay was the Senior Global Director at ServiceNow, responsible for global escalation support, center of excellence, as well as the strategic support account management program. Under his leadership, he established the center of excellence at ServiceNow which resulted in 65% reduction year over year in escalation thereby increasing the renewal rate and the overall customer satisfaction. He also expanded the Strategic Account management program that helped in driving renewal and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Prior to ServiceNow Abhay was the VP of Global Support Service at ZScaler where he was instrumental in building and expanding global support centers across the world. Under his leadership he created the TAM program to support large strategic accounts which resulted in 90% renewal rate and improved customer satisfaction. He also expanded the TAM Program to EMEA and APAC regions.
Prior to ZScaler, Abhay was Vice President of Global Support at SonicWALL & General Manager India operations (Acquired by DELL in May 2012). Abhay was responsible for SonicWALL global support operations comprising of Core TAC, security consulting services and FTS program for channel partners in EMEA/NOAM. The team was spread globally with support centers in NOAM, EMEA, China, Japan and India. Abhay also started India operations for SonicWALL where he grew the employee strength from low teens to upwards of 200 employees in less than 18 months.
Abhay has also held leadership positions at Force10 Networks, Symantec and Cisco. Abhay started his career at HCL-Hewlett Packard in India as systems support engineer.
He holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Amravati University in India, and an MBA in Technology Management from University of Phoenix. Abhay attended the Stanford Executive General Management Program, and is CCIE (#3809) certified from Cisco – a prestigious certification in the Internetworking Industry.
